RECENT DUI TRIAL VICTORY:

October, 2025: People v. D.A. - Not Guilty of DUI

Mark Villalobos represented a client charged with DUI in Chicago.  Client had a CDL so a finding of guilty of DUI could have disqualified his CDL and he could have lost his job.  At a bench trial, Mark cross-examined the arresting officer and pointed out that the defendant asked to use the bathroom nine times while the officer pushed the client to do field sobriety tests.  As a result, the client rushed through the fields and made several small errors. Despite the officer testifying that he thought the client was impaired, his body worn camera showed the client coherently answering questions and acting appropriately.
